Extensive experience in Human Resources, organizational change, Training and Development and OHS over a 38 year period in Vic Govt organizations and overseas for the Asian Development Bank and World Bank in Thailand, Indonesia and Fiji. TAFE teaching in Aust and in China for NMIT.

Well organized and respond well to challenges. Well developed training, facilitation and presentation skills. Generally get on well with most people and have good team skills.
