New CEO for Greatconnections

 

It was with great regret that we announced this week to our volunteers and not-for-profit members that our CEO Dr Gael Jennings will not be renewing her contract with Greatconnections when it ends in August 2010.

 

During her time with us Gael has ably fulfilled the role requirements by applying for and receiving 6 major financial grants which have ensured our organisation's immediate future. 

 

We are now looking for a new CEO who will provide the direction and leadership required to achieve the organisations goals and objectives, be a champion of the philosophy and mission, and develop strategies for continuing success.

 

Working closely with a committed and active Board to implement the Strategic and Business Plan, you will ensure the long-term financial sustainability and growth of the organisation.

 

You will possess high-level management skills, commercial acumen, as well as excellent interpersonal and networking skills, which you will apply to the development and delivery of our services.  Experience in new and rapidly growing organisations will be an advantage.

Updated Golden Gurus Training Calendar

The training available is 'Introduction to Golden Gurus', 'Disability Awareness Training', 'Cultural Awareness Training' and 'Golden Gurus Ambassadors Training'.

 

All training is delivered via LiveMeet, a web-based e-conferencing tool.
